Why I created this program
I decided on a group coaching format for the following considerations:
80% of the questions at the beginning are similar. A group setting will not only get your questions answered, but also give you exposure to a variety of situations that you may experience down the road.
To cultivate a community and support each other throughout our career journey, now and beyond.
As the group matures, we can have more meaningful discussions and learn from diverse perspectives.
Who is this for?
New DS
0-2 years in a data science position
May have previous work experience in another field
Growth mindset
Committed to invest in personal growth
Excited about learning all the different aspects that make one effective and successful
Community oriented
Longing for a community of people in the same stage in their career and can support each other long term

Additional private 1:1 sessions if needed (charged)
