Why I created this program

I decided on a group coaching format for the following considerations:

  • 80% of the questions at the beginning are similar. A group setting will not only get your questions answered, but also give you exposure to a variety of situations that you may experience down the road.

  • To cultivate a community and support each other throughout our career journey, now and beyond.

  • As the group matures, we can have more meaningful discussions and learn from diverse perspectives.

Who is this for?

New DS

  • 0-2 years in a data science position

  • May have previous work experience in another field

Growth mindset

  • Committed to invest in personal growth

  • Excited about learning all the different aspects that make one effective and successful

Community oriented

  • Longing for a community of people in the same stage in their career and can support each other long term

What will be discussed in the coaching sessions?

Any question you have about how to jump start your career! For example:

  • Prioritization and time management

  • Effective communications

  • How to manage project timeline

  • How to push back and say no

  • How to ask for a promotion

  • How to learn about the business

Group Coaching Design

Format

  • Group size: 3-5

  • Q&A with in-depth discussions

Time & frequency

  • Session length: 60 mins

  • Every 3 weeks

  • 6 Sessions total

In-between sessions

  • Follow-up resources from session

  • Email and slack communications

  • Additional private 1:1 sessions if needed (charged)

You determine the cost.

That’s right! You decide how much to pay me after the cohort ends. I’m confident that it will be time well spent.
